The Las Vegas Rocks Café opened on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009. Founder Tony Sacca and partner internationally known Chef Josette Leblond unveiled their Las Vegas history-themed restaurant in the space once occupied by Jillian’s. The new eatery, open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, offers themed-style foods, an atmosphere filled with a historical perspective on Las Vegas, and live entertainment. more...
